This is a newly created position to help drive deep penetration of Noah Medical’s first robotic system. The successful candidate will grow regional and national business by generating demand through increased community awareness and physician education.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep collaboration with robotic accounts to help build awareness for their practice with the surrounding community.
  • Partner with field team in identifying and selecting key accounts to maximize awareness impact.
  • Foster strong relationships with key physicians and hospital staff to understand their medical practice, referral patterns, and patient demographics as it relates to lung biopsy.
  • Partner with robotic physicians to develop educational events (dinners, grand rounds, town hall meetings) to raise awareness of the clinical and economic benefits of the Galaxy System.
  • Train & support the field team to incorporate and implement appropriate market development activities.
  • Support the creation and implementation of marketing and other educational content through engagement with Noah field team and physician faculty.
  • Coordinate with the field team, hospital marketing departments, and Noah marketing team to ensure effective distribution of awareness tools and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience with a healthcare, life sciences, and/or medical device company.
  • Experience working in a sales or marketing function.
  • The ideal candidate should be experienced in leading cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders: physicians, hospital administrators, and field reps.
  • Success will require a creative mindset and an ability to adapt to local conditions and requirements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a timely manner to cross functional partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required.
  • The position is a hybrid role but preference will be given to those based near the Noah Medical HQ in San Carlos, CA.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, including overnight.

Salary:

  • The annual base salary range offered for this position at the start of employment is anticipated to be between $98,000-$168,000 per year.
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonuses, stock and employee benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental & vision insurance, life & disability insurance and a 401k plan.
